Founder note
I hated two things that stole my time every week.
I built Superscribe because I hated two things that stole my time every week.
First, I hated guessing my hours at the end of the month. I would dig through emails, code, chats and notes trying to figure out what I actually worked on. The numbers were never right and I knew I was losing real money.
Second, I hated taking notes from client phone calls. The call would end and I would spend another 20 minutes writing everything down so I would not forget.
Three years ago I had the idea for a phone app that could handle calls automatically. It did not feel that hard, but at first it looked technically impossible to do on iOS, so I put it aside. After that I kept ending up in voice projects: phone marketing, Estonian language models, transcription, text-to-voice, and other tools around voice communication. I do not fully know why, but I kept making products with voice.
Once that desktop tool was working well, the old phone idea came back. I saw how the two pieces could fit together. The same tech that made live dictation reliable could also work in the background for calls. The iOS VoIP app became the natural next step.
Now I have two separate tools that work together. The desktop app captures my spoken work and tracks time without any extra effort. The phone app uses my real number, records the call, turns it into clean notes and tasks, and sends everything into my workflows. Agents then handle the next steps without me.
The best proof came on a flight. I made normal business calls with my regular phone number over the plane's Starlink Wi-Fi. The calls were written down, cleaned up, turned into structured output and sent straight into my work system.
The whole system feels seamless. You stay in the call or in your work. You do not stop to take notes or fill out timers. The information just moves where it needs to go. The future I see is AI that stays out of the way. The call is not interrupted, but the right things still happen in the background.
This is what I built to solve my own biggest pains. Now both tools are here for you too.
